My First Green Toys are manufactured and assembled in California from 100% post-consumer milk jugs, and contains no BPA, phthalates or PVC. This is part of a new line of safe products for younger kids. This tugboat is safe for babies as young as 6 months, but is also fun in the tub for older children. This tugboat has a blue deck.
