Warranty & Returns
- Returns & Exchanges: Unused items in new condition are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Must include all original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Conditions: Used or damaged items may be denied a refund or exchange. Bare Steel products cannot be returned due to rust. If rust is a concern, upgrade to Cerakote or Hard Chrome for protection.
- Cerakote & Hard Chrome Items: These finishes are custom and can only be refunded at the cost of the bare steel item. New coating costs apply for exchanges.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for returns or exchanges. Oversized or freight items may incur additional return shipping fees. Alaska, Hawaii, and international customers must cover both directions of shipping.
