-Each journal sheet has a space under the header to label the date of that week of goals, as well as a mini, one week calendar in the upper righthand corner. For each bubble below the corresponding day One can track the days either by labeling each bubble with the date number inside of it, or just filling in with an 'x' or check.
-To accommodate your unique schedule, even one that may not always be consistent, this journal does include Saturday and Sunday in each goal planning week so you can knock out those weekend oriented goals!
