High-definition premium 180gm vinyl pressing of this classic Jazz album. Although they were both seminal figures in the development of modern and cool jazz (and although both played together a lot, e.g., at Birdland in the early fifties), Miles Davis and Milt Jackson only recorded together on a few occasions. Their studio works originally appeared divided onto three different albums. While their 1955 session was issued in it's complete form on the LP Miles Davis All Star Sextet/Quintet, the results from the famous Miles/Milt/Monk encounter were divided onto two different albums, one titled Bags' Groove (containing only the two takes of the title track plus a quintet session with Sonny Rollins recorded on June 29, 1954) and Miles Davis and the Modern Jazz Giants (which had the rest of the music from that session plus a version of "Round Midnight" recorded at the same sessions as the music from the celebrated Cookin', Relaxin', Workin'... series with John Coltrane). However, given it's musical and historical importance, the Miles/Milt/Monk session would soon be included in it's entirety on a long LP (Prestige PR7650), whose contents and cover have been reproduced here. Great coffee grinder!

Amazing product. Easy to use and has different grades of grinding. Zero noise compared with an electric grinder and more control of the results (consistent). His size and weight make it portable and easy to carry.

Quite good as a start grinder

Very good burr grinder with very functional adjustments. Holds the perfect amount in 1 go for my pour over setup. My only critique is that is has 3 unconnected hopper sections that are quite small and hard to hit. I have to be very careful to not spill and one can fill before the other 2 causing some difficulties closing the crank, but it just takes some self adjustments to get around. Overall I'm very pleased with it for the price.

Nice Grinder at a Great Price

I bought this to use primarily as a travel grinder and found that it is great for every day use. It is not meant for large amounts but it is perfect for single, smaller brewing situations. The grind selection worked well and I "dialed" the proper ground size for my single sized pour over coffee maker.

Ceramic burr destroyed itself

For the first two-plus months it worked fine -- the perfect grind and the perfect amount with a full barrel for my oversized coffee mug.
I've been using it once daily, more or less, on a medium grind setting of 25, and this morning the ceramic burr started to eat itself. This is not acceptable.
Follow up:
Circle Joy contacted me and offered to give a full refund on this purchase, which was gratefully accepted. This is outstanding customer service.
