All of my yarn is ethically sourced from Argentina and Uruguay (no mulesing allowed!) and hand dyed in small batches with professional acid dyes and fully exhausted before being removed. This is a deeply variegated yarn, reflecting the gorgeous iridescence of the starlings wing and back feathers. Brilliant blues, iris, and even a bit of grey and mauve in there. 

All of my yarn is ethically sourced from Argentina and Uruguay (no mulesing allowed!) and hand-dyed in small batches with professional acid dyes and fully exhausted before being removed. Each hank is unique and can vary, but if you order more than one skein, I will do my best to match them for you.

Care Instructions
I dye my yarns with acid dyes and thoroughly rinse each skein before drying with Soak Wool Wash, but slight bleeding upon the first wash is a possibility. Although this yarn is machine washable, it is highly recommended that all items be hand washed in cool water with gentle detergent and laid flat to dry.
