For small children, bottom of the feet is often the best method of application for congestion.

Additional Ingredients: Organic Sweet Almond Oil

3. Breathe Eaze Inhaler has the same essential oil blend in a convenient inhaler.

AROMATHERAPY INHALER USAGE

Unscrew the cover, hold the rounded tip of the inhaler under your nose and inhale for 5 seconds. Hold this breath for 5 seconds and slowly release to another count of five. Repeat this process for your other nostril. You may want to use your finger to close one nostril at a time.  Repeat 2-3 times if desired.

Once complete, securely replace the cap to ensure the potency of the essential oils are  are preserved. Each inhaler will last at least 3 months.
