Lunch Lady are a sparky group from Los Angeles redolent of the desert heat, pining hearts and that chorus-soaked cloak of sound held dear by followers of British early '80s post-punk. Numbering four, Lunch Lady consist of Rachel Birke (vocals), Juan Velasquez (guitar), Victor Herrera (bass), and Robert Wolfe (drums). The band began in 2017 when Velasquez asked Birke if she'd like to start a new music project with him, their respective other groups Abe Vigoda and Heller Keller having co-existed in LA's DIY orbit. Lunch Lady's dreamy punk forays into country ballad territory certainly swoop into sentiment, but it's the melancholy of artifice that defines their outlook. Lunch Lady recruited friends Herrera and Wolfe into the rhythm section, swiftly recorded a demo and started playing live. The band's music began to grow into sun-warped vignettes, often miniaturist character-studies in outlook. These songs are studded with unquiet recollection, all delivered with a curious objectivity that pulls the listener into the circle. Birke's vocal is unhurried and assured, pressing her characters' motives and words into the sprightly guitar trails and jogged rhythms that characterize the sound of the band. During the summer of 2018, Lunch Lady had assembled the tracks for their debut album, which they took into the studio towards the year's close. Lunch Lady's debut album, Angel was recorded at Gauchos Electronics, a key studio in the history of Los Angeles punk and the place where many of their peers had laid down albums previously, including Gun Outfit, Feels, Ty Segall, and No Age. Angel is an album of resounding yearning, of cold fire and hot, sticky blood. It's an album of troubled tales, buried hearts and wandering homeward. Throughout, Birke's narrative-heavy lyrics keep things themed and theatrical. This is most strongly felt on cinematic swirls of song like "Preacher Man" and clicky, strummer "Sweet One". The stunning track "Dolores" creeps and ranges around under a dark cloud of disclosure. "Window" whirls by with all the flourish of a card trick. Drums tumble whilst the guitar line twists through the taut stretch and sprint of the bass turns. Thematically, Lunch Lady's debut cascades with crumpled wishes and hotly recalled visions. The album swims with a type of anxious nostalgia. Birke's cover art of a flaming Cadillac falling through the sky is a case in point. Produced by Pascal Stevenson. Engineered and mixed by Scott Cornish. Mastered by Mikey Young.

Great Anker Charger

Product build quality is great, on par with all other Anker products. Charging is very quick on Pro Max models with 20 watt charging brick and easily connects with USB-C. MagSafe charging works really well, magnets create a strong connection. Only the charging pucks are included.

Solid Anker quality, but listing needs actual dimensions

Charging works exactly as you'd expect from Anker. 15W MagSafe-compatible, grips the back of the phone firmly, no heat issues, no drop-offs during overnight charging. Zero complaints on function.
My gripe is with the listing, not the product. I was building this into a 3D-printed nightstand dock and needed the exact diameter and thickness to model the recess. Amazon's listing doesn't give you those dimensions, so I spent way too long digging through Q&A and other reviews piecing it together from people who measured theirs with calipers. For a product that people absolutely do integrate into custom mounts, cases, and furniture, leaving out basic physical dimensions is a miss. Weight isn't listed either, which matters if you're mounting it. Fix the listing and this is a 5-star.
Compact enough once you have it in hand, plays nicely with a standard USB-C PD brick (not included, worth noting), and compatibility with my MagSafe case was seamless. Included accessories are just the charger and cable, so plan on supplying your own wall adapter.
Trust the Anker name, just wish the product page respected buyers enough to publish the measurements.

Even better than the more expensive options

I’ve tried a few different wireless chargers, and these really impressed me. They charge quickly, connect easily, and stay in place without any fuss. The magnetic hold is strong and reliable, which makes everyday use super convenient.
Honestly, they’ve worked even better for me than the Apple ones I’ve used before. Getting a two-pack is also a great value. Definitely a solid upgrade for anyone looking for a dependable charger.

Love anker

Anker is always my go to. Their products are high quality and reliable. This charger isn’t my main charger, but I have had no problems with it for the few months I’ve had it. It’s perfect for a public area where guests have either a lightning or USB-C port because it charges either type of phone as long as their phone has a magnetic charging back. It does warm up after keep it on it for too long but that’s expected. Great value, worth the buy. just get it lol

These Work with My Pixel 10 Pro

I purchase these without seeing the "Apple only designation" by accident but I am happy to report that these are working properly with my Pixel 10 Pro. They charge around 12.5W normally with some fluctuation up or down depending on load & need so they're instantly about twice as fast charging as a lot of the other 15W wireless chargers from competitors. I have not experienced the issue with the charger shutting off at 80% and no longer charging past that point. Nor have I had the issue with needing to unplug/re-plug in the charging for it to work each time.
Rather, these chargers work at/near the advertised charging power rates, at a reasonable temperature (not overly hot), and fully charge my phone. I believe that the work done by Google/Anker behind the scenes has greatly improved the ability to utilize this product from how it was 3 months ago, let alone the mess that it was 6 months ago.
The magnetic attraction is strong enough to stay in place but also not too strong that it is difficult to remove it. And the ability to utilize it while still using my phone is truly great.
While I cannot speak for the success of others, I personally am a big fan of the product as a non-Apple phone owner.
