With her talent, passion and personality, she embodied a certain ideal of the operatic diva. In some of the world’s greatest opera houses, from La Scala in Milan, to the Paris Opera, to New York’s Metropolitan Opera, she was known as “La Divina” – the divine one. The edition celebrates her sparkling life in the spotlight as an operatic diva, with the precious resin of the cap and barrel rendered in a rich ruby hue, while reflecting Maria Callas’ graceful beauty in its slender, elegant silhouette. The platinum-coated clip is decorated with a synthetic stone whose vibrant ruby color is inspired by her profound love for opulent ruby jewelry. Its delicate petal shape pays homage to a new rose named after Maria Callas in 1965, honoring her deep affection for these flowers. A costume detail from one of her recognizable bel canto roles, Bellini’s “Norma”, is reflected in a pattern of laurel leaves surrounding the platinum-coated cone of the edition along with the embossed signature of the celebrated soprano.

Soaks in and lasts

We live in Florida and need strong sunscreen for any amount of time in the sun. I apply this lotion liberally before putting on my suit. It is NOT greasy and soaks in well and leaves no residue or smell. I can be in the water in the middle of the day for 3-4 hours before I need to reapply. I typically would begin to feel my skin start to burn after 2 hours but this sunscreen allowed me to tan without burning.

Lightweight, doesn't run into my eyes

I really like this as an everyday sunscreen and for outdoor sports. It looks thick compared to the watery Kinesys (my other go-to sunscreen), but the Eucerin goes on light and stays put. Unlike Kinesys, it doesn't get into my eyes by the afternoon. I still prefer the K. brand for easy application to my hairy arms and legs, but the Eucerin 30 is perfect for face and neck. I also tried the SPF 50 version of this, and the spray-can version, but they don't go on very well, so I'm returning to this one.

Great for Sensitive Skin

I've been using greasy white, mineral sunscreens for years because the chemical sunscreens all made me break out in a rash--until I tried this one. It dries clear, is non-greasy, and goes on well. Note the relatively few inactive ingredients compared to other chemical sunscreens. Whatever ingredient irritated my skin is not in this one and I love it!

Expired

I just received this item which was ordered specifically 17th of December and I received it on December 20th. I was excited and didn't bother to read the reviews and wish I had. To begin the expiration is December 2024, therefore this product I just received is basically useless. Secondly to my eye the product came battered, there seem to be some marks on the bottle and if I have to be honest to me looks as if it has been used. Given the dangers potential dangers of using expired skin product I will not be using this, and the worst thing of all, this item is not returnable, going to figure out if I can get a refund at least.
