Lisa Prank, Robin Edwards' Seattle-based solo project, has gained a dedicated following thanks to her expert marriage of a bubbly sound and all-too-relatable lyrics. Following 2014's exceptional Crush on the World, Lisa Prank returns with a breezy but focused collection of meticulously crafted bedroom pop gems. Adult Teen is dominated by bruised romanticism, introspective longing, and a palpable sense of desire, building a sound heavily influenced by 90s pop punk and the decade's lighthearted culture. Robin Edwards performs all of the Lisa Prank songs live with an electric guitar and a Roland MC-505 drum machine, delivering memorable performances with ease. Thanks to that fact, Lisa Prank has become a project that's frequently celebrated among Edwards' peers, some of whom, including Bree McKenna and Emily Nokes of Tacocat, Julia Shapiro of Chastity Belt, and Andrew Sullivan and Ian Dugas of The Trashies contributed performances to the record. Adult Teen was recorded and mixed by Eric Randall (Tacocat), mastered by Carl Saff, with artwork by Faye Orlove.

Dogs love them!

May dogs loved these. The squeaks last long enough but get lots of wear and tear. Worth money for the fun. My dog is 12 and still enjoys perfect size, weight, and flexibility.

GREAT Value even for a big boy.

My new 80lb husky/lab rescue LOVED his birthday present. They crinkle has he plays air-fetch w/himself! He does instantly puncture the squeekies at either end, but he's a large dog who chews. And these are SAFE for that. I figure 5 will last 2 months, but for the price? Who cares! He's worth it! Next time I'll go brighter colors because he tosses far &wide.

Squeaker short-lived, enjoyment long-lasting

My 10-pound dorkie rips out the squeakers in about 30 minutes. I wish they were sturdier or the parts of the toy housing the squeaker were reinforced. However, he is so excited to get a new one and will continue to play with it even when the squeaker is out. He loves to play tug. They do get pretty gross from the chewing and definitely benefit from a trip through the washer.
While this is not a very sturdy toy it provides so much entertainment I had to give it four stars.

Husky Approved

Okay, so my husky, bless his cotton socks, thinks he's a furry little demolition crew. Usually, plush toys last about five minutes before they're disemboweled, leaving a fluffy white crime scene all over my living room. BUT! These Sharlovy toys are a game changer! They're stuffing-free, which is a HUGE win for my sanity (and my vacuum cleaner). He can happily gnaw away, trying to get to that squeaker (and succeeding, eventually, because, husky), but without the usual explosion of fluff. Five stars for saving me from a lifetime of stuffing-related stress. If you have a chewer, give these a try. Your house (and your head) will thank you.
