Heavy Duty Construction
Built with stainless steel front, sides, stub back, and bottom for exceptional durability in commercial environments. Features a stainless steel 6" plate shelf.
Convection Oven Base
A 30,000 BTU convection oven with a 14 gauge stainless steel interior, 1/3 HP 115/60/1 blower motor, and a thermostatic control adjustable from 150°F to 550°F. Includes an electronic spark ignitor and a three-position fan switch.
18" Manual Griddle
Features a high-polished 1" steel plate and a 35,000 BTU burner with infinite gas valves for precise manual temperature control.
18" Hot Top
