Many participated: vigilantes, volunteer state militiamen, U.S. Army soldiers, U.S. congressmen, California governors, and others. It will shine/glitter up your world.

My daughter loves this. She has me buy her one every Christmas and uses it to shimmer up everything! Mists out fine particles of glitter as a big poof. It does tend to get everywhere. More even when applying, unlike the brush on applicating ones.
