Following the short-lived Truth Club with Trefor Goronwy (who later went on to work with This Heat and The Camberwell Now), Fote was formed in 1981 with the trio of Robert Haigh, Deborah Harding, and Trevor Reidy. Releasing two 12" EPs along with one track featured on a split 7" with Truth Club, Fote's entire studio recordings consisted of just eight tracks. With angular constructs of post-punk, free-form improvisations, and wicked time signatures, these tracks shredded boundaries one can still hear to this day. These early foundations are also heard in much of Haigh's later Sema compositions as well as Reidy's motorik percussion with Nurse with Wound, Danielle Dax, and The Monochrome Set. Curiously, Harding's vocal tensions and outright unhinged polarities in Fote sound like much of the exorcisms and brilliant psychodramas on many of Chrystal Belle Scrodd's (Diana Rogerson) later solo albums. An absolutely essential document from the early '80s independent British post-punk scene. Cut at 45 rpm for maximum fidelity, including all eight tracks, and featuring the original sleeve artwork by Deborah Harding.

So Much Fun! High Quality & Perfect Alexa Smart Integration.

I use these Govee RGBIC Light Bars every single day in my room, and they have completely upgraded the vibe of my workspace. If you want to add some serious personality to your setup, these are an absolute must.
The fit is perfect right behind my monitor, completely transforming the overall appearance of my desk area. I have them seamlessly connected to Alexa, so all I have to do is say, "Alexa, turn on my Govee lights," and they click right on. While you can use a remote control or the app, the voice activation makes them incredibly convenient.
It is just a lot of fun to play with the different settings. You can change the colors instantly to give the room whatever mood or feel you are in the mood for. The build quality feels solid, and after months of daily, continuous use, the durability is excellent with no flickering or dimming. It has truly added a new level of enjoyment and style to my office space.

Perfection for my space

I already own a few led lights from this company but these are on edge they deserve 500/10 stars in installation was extremely easy controlling with the app and the included remote controller which is wired they are extremely fun to use and very high quality light bars that are a great fit almost anywhere the versatility is great and can be used at any mood or time with the app or wired controller Thank you GOVEE
