In order for us to create the perfect fit for the boots we ask our customers to provide us with the foot measurement. After order is placed, we'll email you the easy instructions on how to take these measurements. You can choose any height for the shaft of your boots up to 30 cm. Our expert craftsmen will custom make your boots to your precise measurements to ensure the best possible fit. We can also make boots by standard foot measurements if you prefer.

It’s is a very durable toy. But not indestructible. My dog loves the ball and it did last 4 months which is much longer than any of his other toys. I emailed the company to see if they honored their one time replacement policy for Amazon orders. I was told they do and was told I was shipped a replacement. But we never received it. We’ve ordered plenty from Amazon before and after this so I don’t know where the hold up would of happened but here we are. I did email the company back and told them that I didn’t receive the replacement and asked if they could verify my address….but they haven’t responded. Just sucks. Would of been great if I actually got the replacement!
