Directions:
Adult Dosage:
Energy support: Chew 2 gummies daily.
Mental alertness: Chew 5 gummies once daily.

Contraindications and cautions:

- Contains 15 mg total caffeine per gummy (pastille). A cup of instant coffee contains approximately 80mg of caffeine. Caffeine intake more than 200 mg per day is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
- This medicine contains 6.9 g maltitol per maximum daily dose (5 gummies) and may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhoea.
