PMI Pallet Gel is a high-quality, durable adhesive designed to enhance screen printing efficiency and consistency. With a 1mm thick gel adhesive on the garment side, it provides long-lasting tack, remaining effective for several months. The 15.5" x 21" sheets are applied directly to the pallets, eliminating the need for paper pallet tape.

Sticky on both sides and capable of handling up to 100,000 impressions, PMI Pallet Gel ensures garments stay securely in place for consistent, high-quality prints every time. One of its standout features is its heat-activated color change—shifting from green to yellow when pallets reach 120°F—ensuring optimal printing conditions. Preheated pallets allow ink to flow smoothly through the mesh, prevent ink from sticking to the bottom of screens, maintain print consistency from start to finish, and even speed up flash times.

Maintenance is simple, as lint and debris can be easily cleaned off with water and a scrub pad, extending the gel’s usability. Additionally, film release liners on both sides ensure a smooth, hassle-free application.
