Digitally remastered edition. Young Americans is the ninth studio album by rock icon David Bowie, released on 7 March 1975 by RCA Records. The album marked a departure from the glam rock style of Bowie's previous albums, instead showcasing his mid-1970s interest in African-American soul and R&B music. Initial recording sessions for Young Americans took place in Philadelphia with producer Tony Visconti and a variety of musicians, including guitarist Carlos Alomar, to become one of Bowie's most frequent collaborators, and singer Luther Vandross. Bowie drew influence from the sound of "local dance halls", which were blaring with "lush strings, sliding hi-hat whispers, and swanky R&B rhythms of Philadelphia Soul." Later sessions took place in New York, and included contributions from John Lennon. Bowie would call the album's sound "plastic soul", describing it as "the squashed remains of ethnic music as it survives in the age of muzak rock, written and sung by a white limey".

Works great!
This bottle warmer is excellent! I’ve tried a few and none of them seem to heat the milk at all. I tested this one using a wide mouth bottle filled with 2oz of water. I followed the directions for using a plastic bottle and selected the correct options and added the water. I then turned it on and watched it go. It isn’t loud while operating, but the nightlight is very small and hard to see. Not a big deal to me because I have small lights in my kitchen that I can turn on at night if I need to use this in the middle of the night. The settings on the machine are a little different than when you select options on the machine. It says for a plastic bottle with 2oz on quick is 2:30, but the time was automatic 3:30. I think you have to manually adjust the time according to what the manual suggests. It’s very neat that it spins around gently to ensure the bottle heats evenly. When I took the bottle out it wasn’t so hot that I couldn’t grab it, but I could tell it warmed it well. I obviously had the time too long because I didn’t realize until after that I needed to manually adjust it, but this was just a test run. The water was nice and hot, so I think it would have been perfectly warmed if I had only done 2:30 as recommended. My only issue is typically bottle warmers can also warm baby food, but there is no instruction or anything on how to heat it or how long. I might play around with it and give it a try when I’m ready to make baby food, but for now it’s excellent at heating bottles!

Bc Babycare Bottle Warmer arrived quickly and is as described. It takes very little space on the counter, looks sleek and delivers! It only takes a few minutes to warm up a bottle and it works with both skinny (Dr.Brown's) and wide-mouth (Avent) bottles. It's intuitive and easy to use, and it can be used to defrost, warm up and keep the milk warm. Works well for us.

Rotating bottle warmer
Barely warms up faster then other baby bottle warmer. The timing for the 9 oz Philips Avent natural baby bottle with 160 mL only got milk to 92 F so if wanting to get to higher temp you have to let it heat for a little longer. Without a lid the water does evaporate pretty quickly requiring frequent refills. The design also makes it hard to wash. Build quality is excellent but with the larger footprint it takes up more counter space than other bottle warmers.
