"Lain" carefully navigates with sonar bleeps and scanner sweeps through of nebula richly detailed textures. "Infornography" is muffled in thick murk, it's metallic synths unceasingly chipping away at rocks of rumbling bass. "Re-L" pulses with a beautifully fluorescent and dubbed-out loop, as gentle as it is booming. The militant groove of "Protocol" closes things out on a tough note with hammering kicks and cleverly twisted percussion.
