Designed and engineered specifically for Land Rover Defender, the cross bars are optimised for aerodynamic performance and to minimise wind noise. Manufactured from anodised aluminium for premium appearance, they are easy to fit with torque control tool included. The pre-set positioning ensures the cross bars are fitted to the roof rails in the optimum position for weight distribution and dynamics, providing you with additional confidence in safe roof carrying. Lockable for enhanced security, they include a T-track design to facilitate installation and removal of roof carrying accessories. Material tested to withstand harsh environments including corrosion resistance. City Crash tested and also ISO-PAS 11154 compliant. When fitted, the maximum carrying capacity of the cross bars is 94kg. Available on 110 only. Not available on V8. Roof rails required for fitment. Not compatible with expedition roof rack. Consideration should always be given to vehicle's maximum roof load capacity to ensure this is not exceeded. OCTA vehicle cannot be driven in OCTA mode with any roof load. Objects placed above the roof mounted satellite antenna may reduce the quality of the signal received by the vehicle and could have a detrimental effect on the navigation and satellite radio systems, if fitted. An inspiring take on the story of the Bible and reality.
Format: Kindle
This was an absolute pleasure to read. Oswalt utilizes his knowledge of ancient near east culture and religion to thorough debunk any effort to one might make to pretend that the Bible is of a similar mythology.

Is the Bible Really Unique?
Format: Kindle
Oswalt takes up the question of the uniqueness of the Christian Bible by focusing on the Old Testament (which is also the holy book of the Jews) and its similarities and differences to the myths of the periods in which it was put together. His comparison and contrast make for very interesting reading. He allows the two world views to stand alone, allowing the reader to understand his conclusions without forcing him/her to agree with the author. In reading this book, I also began to notice some very interesting parallels between the ancient worldview of "continuity" (versus the biblical view that Oswalt calls "transcendence") and some modern views being espoused in the Western world. Definitely worth a read whether or not you agree with him. It will help broaden your view both of your view and of the other side's view.

Good Core Content but I won't read it again
Format: Kindle
This book makes a strong stand for the position that the Bible does not fit within the genre of myth. That is the positive aspects of this work. However, this book at times seems somewhat philosophical, it can be hard to follow the author's logic, and it does not adequately cover one of the most fundamental questions the author poses. For example, the question of whether the theology of the Bible should receive special credence if the historical basis it rests on is found to be incorrect is asked, but the answer given is short and does not fully interact with the question which I found to be very disappointing.
