The Story
Toro is usually spoken about for bold reds, which is exactly why a white like this is interesting. Malvasía Castellana has a long history in the region, but it often sits quietly in the background while Tinta de Toro takes the spotlight. Cermeño gives it a chance to show a different side of Toro – softer, more fragrant and a little more relaxed, but still rooted in the same sunlit landscape around Zamora. That contrast is really the charm here.
