These work just as good as Metamucil. I have although found a couple of empty capsules in my bottle. . Itβs priced good though!

Horrible taste

These have a horrible taste, even if you swallow them quickly. It will linger in your mouth for a while. They are cheap but Iβm not buying them anymore.
