I don't understand how some people are saying the taste of these are bad, I think their good. It took me about a week to set on a amount to take every day and decided on 3, with the help from certain fruits and vegetables I go every day now. Only reason I have it 4 stars and not 5 is bc of the gas it gives. After taking the gummies for about 3 hrs it's Alot of gas and man 🤢 bad!! But these gummies work and I'm not constipated anymore 😊

Excellent fiber. I take it twice a day so it does fast but it's the best fiber gummy I've used in terms of results. Some of the flavors aren't my favorite but they're all palatable.
