Affordable fiber supplement!

For starters, Amazon is one of the few places that sells these fiber tablets, so I was pleased that they were affordable. I prefer the tablets over the powder because itβs just easier for me to use. Three tablets and youβre good to go for the day. The fiber supplement works well compared to others I have tried. Itβs very gentle on your stomach. Worth it!

After having gastric bypass surgery, I needed a fiber supplement that was gentle on the digestive system. These are perfect. No bloating at all and they keep thing regular and moving along.

CONVENIENT BUT MAY BE HARD FOR SOME TO SWALLOW

I've tried lots of different types of fiber supplements. For convenience, this one is the best. A lot has been said about how large the pills are for swallowing, but I have bigger pills than these, and they go down fine. The issue is the shape of the pill. It's made not cylindrical, but with 4 faces with sharp corners. These make the pills tend to stick a bit on the way down. I would not recommend these pills for someone with swallowing difficulties. That being said, they do work.
