Very bad
This guys are just an eye wash, they do not cover anything but will charge you. I bought Hand Blender and it broke in couple of months and I took 3 year protection from Asurion. When I contacted them about the issue, they said it is not started, go to manufacturer. I reached out to Amazon and they replaced it for me. Now again it broke. I reached out to asurion again. Now they say it is not contract. what is the point of having protection. Waste of time and money. I will not recommend this to anyone. This is a fraud protection.

Ya can’t put stainless in the microwave! Regardless, it’s still a straightforward frother cup to handle, making it a great dollar investment for upgrading my home cafe setup.
