High quality and smooth

I usually add it to my coffee and it blends in perfectly. I will even add it to smoothies or sometimes just in cold water and drink it. You can’t taste it. I’ve learned to combat the bloat by staying hydrated and drinking a lot of water. For me, drinking it with coffee was fine.
