The Umbra Screen Protector with LCD Shade for Select Sony Cameras from Vello is an ultrathin multi-layered optical glass that statically attaches to the camera's LCD screen and is rated 9H Mohs, which is resistant to breaks and scratches. The crystal-clear glass allows 98% of light transmission, and a nanocoating prevents fingerprints and smudges from appearing on the surface. Because there is no adhesive involved, removal of the glass is residue-free and no cleaning is necessary.
The included pop-up LCD shade magnetically attaches to the screen's metallic border and reduces glare and reflections, which would normally make it difficult to see.
Note: The Umbra provides between 95 to 100% viewing area on the camera's LCD screen, depending on specific camera model.
