TIP: Place the clip above the strand of hair if you want the curl to twist inward. If you want your hair to twist outwards, place the clip under the strand. Roll up your hair to the point where the wave (cluster) should start, taking care that the iron does not touch the scalp. Keep the iron on the hair for a few seconds, depending on the nature of the hair and the length of the hair. Unwrap the strand when the hair is warm to the touch (not hot). To create even tighter and more flexible curls, roll up smaller strands of hair. To create looser waves, use larger strands of hair.

Adorable but Run Very Small!

These run very small. I was advised by my sister before ordering that Mini Melissa runs small; however, my daughter is a size 11 or 11.5 and since these run in whole sizes I couldn’t imagine ordering a 12! I would think a size 12 would be a range of shoe sizes 12 to 13. They arrived in time for an event we needed them for but were way too short in length so unfortunately they were returned. They are lovely, adorable, comfortable shoes but run very very small.
