The Respond Mid II GTX is ideal for that extra bit of ankle support when walking on uneven terrain. Constructed from velour leather and mesh, the Respond Mid II GTX has a sleek, sporty design alongside a durable upper. It features advanced technology including a GORE-TEX lining and an Air-Active footbed which means the boot is waterproof and breathable. A notable feature of the Respond Mid II GTX is the aggressive Meindl sole unit which has a deep profile for excellent grip and stability. The sole unit is made from 22% recycled rubber which makes the Respond Mid II a sustainable option. We use rubber offcuts from our production and therefore we can reduce raw material usage and transport. The rubber has been designed to maintain the well known Meindl quality level of abrasion and grip. This boot is ideal for hiking and adventurous travels. Meindl Rating: M - Multi activity - 360g

Conditioning and proofing spray keeps nubuck leather and suede protected. The boots can be treated when the uppers aren’t quite dry – it ensures they’ll remain supple. Applying a little wax to the hooks and eyelets will protect them from corrosion.
