INGREDIENT SOURCING

The lambs graze on wild grass and are treated humanely on a small family farm in California, lamb also comes from New Zealand. They share our passion for sustainability and maintain state-of-the-art facilities run on solar and wind power. Our emu meat comes from family farms in Tennesse and North Carolina. Amaroo Hills is an American Emu Association Certified Business Member, and the facility is inspected by the USDA (as are all Steve’s sources) to ensure the highest quality. The produce is sourced from the Pacific Northwest, and our goat milk comes from a family farm in Gaston, Oregon. Holes in brackets are not spaced for studs!

So the quality of this not great, but good enough and they look nice enough on the wall. However, the bracket holes are not spaced at 16" intervals. WTF? I'm not sure who designed this thing. The molly plugs that came with it look OK, but to play it safe I used a cobalt steel drill bit and made my own holes in the bracket. Easy enough with some wd40. My other pick with this is that the screws to anchor the shelf to the bracket are black and and very obvious... they should have supplied some kind of cap.
