Adult Dose
Recommended Doses: Mix the following recommended quantities (1 included scoop is approx.1g or ½ metric 5ml teaspoon) into liquid or solid foods and consume immediately: Infants (3-12 months): 1/2 scoop daily Adults: 1 scoop daily Or as recommended by your registered healthcare practitioner.
Store at 2°C to 8°C (Refrigerate. Do not freeze).
