Measuring
Collars have 3 holes. A 14-16" will fit neck 14 to 15.5". A 16-18" will fit 16 to 17.5". Size up if your dog's neck is on the highest number of the range. For example select the 16-18" if your dog's neck is 16".

Returns and warranty
30 days from delivery date. Must be returned like new, unworn (returned collars are thoroughly inspected). Warranty is 1 year and covers abnormal breaking or beads falling off under normal wear and tear conditions. Collar will be replaced or repaired according to the issue.
