| Remarks | The heat treatment does not directly improve brake performance. The heat treatment increases the disc resistance against strains and thermal cracking. It also helps maintain stable brake performance for a extended period of time. _x000D_ The surface of the heat treated brake discs has a burnt colour. Once it is used, the burnt surface will be removed by the pad, and changes back to the colour of normal cast iron. Please be aware that the effect of the heat treatment of the disc will not disappear even if the surface colour changes. _x000D_ our processing of the rotor is, we have shipped in the above package. Were shipped in the package other than the above-mentioned "secondary processed products (slit, heat treatment, dimples, etc.)" will be our warranty. _x000D_ rotor is an image. these floating shelves are sooo cute and i love them so much. it took a HOT minute to put them together (prob like 30-45 mins for me), but i can’t explain how happy i am to have them! i hung these once in my last apartment and re-hung again after moving, and they’re still great.
the only con is that the rail around the bottom shelf (the part “holding” the L block, plant, and white block in) is a little bent and i can’t straighten it out no matter what i do. it’s really hard to tell, but it’s not quite level with the board beneath it (pic 2). i’m just a perfectionist so it was very clear to me when putting it together haha. nobody else notices it until i point it out, and i’ve begun to overlook it too, but just a little something that i wanted to add.
