Dutch soul and funk band Blue Feather was founded by brothers Ed and Ronald Brouwer in 1976. Soon new members, Jan Willem Weeda, Dirk Nusink and Rob Hoelen joined and together they developed a mix of quality 80's funk/disco, a unique sound for a Dutch Band. The first single 'It's Love' came out in 1980 but it was the '81 released double a-sided 12-inch with the long versions of 'Call Me Up' and 'Let's Funk Tonight' that success struck. 'Call Me Up' is a light playful vocal song while 'Let's Funk Tonight', a tight funk/disco groove with a long instrumental bass and drum break which became a huge success in France (receiving a French Oscar), Italy, Germany, Holland, Canada and in the UK. Both songs of the 12-inch were played on dancefloors around the world and the songs appeared on numerous compilations. International disco DJ Dimitri From Paris selected 'Let's Funk Tonight' for his Return To The Playboy Mansion CD in 2008. Blue Feather's debut album Feather Funk was released in 1981 and the follow-up Shadows Of The Night in 1985. The double a-sided 12-inch 'Call Me Up Tonight'/'Let's Funk Tonight' by Blue Feather is celebrating it's 40th anniversary. It is packed in a replica artwork disco sleeve and is available as a limited edition of 750 individually numbered copies on transparent blue vinyl.

The sealant is good. The gallon pump is a joke. Pump stopped working 4 pumps in. Went and got another replacement pump from automotive store, also broke after 4 pumps. Ended up cleaning out an old Slime bottle and pouring in the flat out sealant in the slime bottle, so I could actually get it in my tires.

There seems to be a chronic problem with the provided dispensing pump.

I looked at online reviews of the product performance and was impressed by its purported ability seal tire punctures. While the product may (or may not) perform well, the provided dispensing pump is pathetically unsuited for the application and it is impossible to clear the pump once the material clogs the small dispensing port. Some of the reviews indicated this but i assumed that they were not very mechanical inclined customers. The product, by design, has particulates, of varying sizes, suspended in the liquid sealant. The port on pump is very small and easily becomes blocked with the sealant and particulates that cannot be cleared; even when following the instructions to do so. It is very irresponsible for the manufacturer to continue selling this item with inevitable relative failure of the pump as this is the only way to get the sealant into a tire.

Seems to work so far. Got the off road FlatOut for my ebike’s fat tires. Easy to add to the tires. The pump clogs up but it’s easy to clean. I will always add this to all tires moving forward!

Cool stuff
Bought a Swisher rough cut mower to pull behind the Yamaha Rhino to cut our 6 acre field. We were cutting down 8 foot trees, no problem, but one tree had big thorns on it and destroyed the rear tires of the Rhino. Replaced all tires, and since we still have to mow the field I opted for adding this to the tires. Very easy to use, and now I have the confidence that if we get a puncture we will still have air. Also bought their flat fix kit that comes with CO2 cartridges. Brilliant space saving idea! So, haven't had to test this stuff yet, but I'm fairly confident it will work. An added bonus is that it can clean up with water. I've heard stories of tire places not wanting to touch a tire with the other brand that comes in an aerosol can, as it's dangerous and messy. Time will hopefully not tell. It's like insurance - hate to pay for it until you need it, but hope you never do.
