Its inverted top makes for more filter surface area, resulting in longer service intervals.One-Piece Housing: The included massive air filter is surrounded by an open-element XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene) polymer housing that minimizes warm engine air for maximum performance. Its open design allows for easy viewing of the air filter, yet creates a heat-blocking seal when the vehicle's hood is closed. It utilizes the vehicle's OE air inlet with no additional hardware. An additional auxiliary air inlet is available for use to bring in air from the front of the vehicle when under power, or can be closed with an included plug if desired.Dyno-Tuned Intake Tube: This system features a high quality, computer-designed, dyno-tuned intake tube to achieve maximum power gains while maintaining a perfect fit. Love the packaging because can be reused over and over when you run out and refill !

Definitely one of the best quality stops ever ! I really like how they feel in the ear and how smoothly they turn. These are also great for makeup usage both applying and removing !
