"For generations, Corky taught us how to see ourselves--as individuals and as a community."--Hua Hsu, Pulitzer Prize-winning author of Stay True

Known throughout his lifetime as the "undisputed, unofficial Asian American photographer laureate," the late photojournalist Corky Lee documented Asian American and Pacific Islander communities for fifty years, breaking the stereotype of Asian Americans as docile, passive, and, above all, foreign to this country. Corky Lee's Asian America is a stunning retrospective of his life's work--a selection of the best photographs from his vast collection, from his start in New York's Chinatown in the 1970s to his coverage of diverse Asian American communities across the country until his untimely passing in 2021.

Corky Lee's Asian America traces Lee's decades-long quest for photographic justice, following Asian American social movements for recognition and rights alongside his artistic development as an activist social photographer. Iconic photographs feature protests against police brutality in New York in the 1970s, a Sikh man draped in an American flag after 9/11, and a reenactment of the completion of the transcontinental railroad of 1869 featuring descendants of Chinese railroad workers, and his last photos of community life and struggle during the coronavirus pandemic. Asian American writers, artists, activists, and friends of Lee reflect on his life and career and provide rich historical and cultural context to his photographs, including a foreword from writer Hua Hsu and contributions from artist Ai Weiwei, filmmaker Ren

Not for us!
Size: Large, Color: Antler
I'm sure for a dog that doesn't chew, would be great. Ours went through it in days, leaving sharp shards and making his gums bleed.

Great for tough chewers!
Color: carrot orange
This is awesome for my 85# Labrador. He is very destructive with toys and this has held up great. After months of playing with it, only teeth marks on it. Worth every penny. The green top crinkles which my dog loves.

My dog was obsessed with these
Color: carrot orange
Bought these for my dog and they were an instant hit. The carrot shape is cute, but more importantly they kept my dog entertained for quite a while. The squeaker still works and the toy has held up better than I expected considering how rough my dog can be with toys. I always expect squeaky toys to be destroyed within a day or two, but these have lasted surprisingly well. They're lightweight, easy for my dog to carry around, and have become one of the toys that gets picked out of the basket the most. If your dog enjoys squeaky toys, these are definitely worth a try.

Good one.
Color: carrot orange
Our Lab loved it. Nice and sturdy apart from the leaves, which were short lived. Overall a good toy for a big boy.

Fun for retrieving and chewing.
Color: carrot orange
My lab loves this carrot, and uses it to retrieve and is not easily destroyed. However, he was able to pull off the leaves the first day. It’s still functional, just know they’re gonna come off if you have a chewer. Purchased based of recommendations for indestructible toys.
