The shock absorber featured on this fall arrest lanyard features a fall indicator, clearly displaying if it has been used in an incident and is no longer suitable for use. The function of the shock absorber is to, in the event of a fall, reduce the force felt by the user, reducing the risk of injury.
This 2m fall arrest lanyard, being fixed length, is suitable for use in working areas where the point of work is no more (or less) than 2m from the anchorage point.
