Deep ruby red in colour. Aromas of blackberry and cassis with chocolate and herbal notes of dill, bay leaf and lavender. Balanced and smooth with ripe tannins and excellent persistence.

An intense, deep red in the glass, accompanied by delicious aromas of cloves, pepper, red capsicum & toasted oak. The palate has a long lingering finish, ripe and round tannin with character, subtle toastiness from the French oak and sweetness from the American oak. Blueberry jam, blackberry jam, strawberries & figs are all complimented by a spicy finish.

Food pairing: Red meats, rabbit, ripe cheeses / blue, pastas/ pizza with cheese based sauces, and, sofrito sauce.
