Size up if you are wearing early postpartum.  You want a comfortable, therapeutic hug but not too tight fit.  Order the size you will be approximately when you are wearing them, not your pre-pregnancy size.

S fits sizes 4/6/8

M fits sizes 8/10/12

L fits sizes 12/14/16

XL fits sizes 16/18/20

XXL fits sizes 20/22/24

***The XS is a specialty size for petite women and not worn by many women in the early postpartum weeks.  It is reserved for those in the later stages of postpartum who have dropped their weight and are back to size 0/2 but still need therapeutic core support.
