On the palate the wine is luscious, full-bodied with firm and velvety tannins and a long finish.

100% Tempranillo harvested in the second half of September. The grapes were cold macerated at 5°C for 48 hours before undergoing fermentation for 12-18 days. Wine was aged for 4 months in 1-2 year old French oak.
