Six Questions Your Vision Source Franchise Pitch Deck Must Answer

We built this optometry franchise opportunity pitch deck in Microsoft PowerPoint format using our own research. All pitch deck slides are pre-populated with researched data specific to this medical franchise unit and are fully editable. The model shows a path to $1,330,000 in year-one revenue with a clear 4-month window to breakeven.

Why now, and what urgent local customer need does this franchise unit address?

Modern workers face record levels of digital eye strain, creating a massive need for specialized medical eye care. This unit fills the gap between low-end retail and high-cost private clinics.

Addressing Local Demand

  • High demand for digital eye strain solutions
  • Shift toward concierge-level medical eye care
  • Lack of boutique eyewear in growing districts
[dynamic_pic9]

What does this franchise unit offer, and why is its solution meaningfully better than local alternatives?

We provide a medical-first clinical experience combined with a curated boutique of high-end frames. This 'concierge' model removes the friction of traditional eye exams and offers products you can't find at the mall.

Superior Clinical Solution

  • State-of-the-art diagnostic medical equipment
  • Personalized high-touch frame styling sessions
  • Frictionless digital patient check-in systems
[dynamic_pic10]

Who buys from this franchise unit, and how big is the local opportunity (TAM/SAM/SOM)?

The target includes tech-savvy young professionals and families who value health over discounts. With a projected $1,330,000 in year-one sales, the local opportunity for premium eye care is substantial.

Market Size and Opportunity

  • Targeting high-income tech professionals
  • Year 1 revenue potential of $1,330,000
  • Growing family demographics in mixed-use areas
[dynamic_pic11]

How does this franchise unit make money, and what are the core revenue streams and unit economics?

Revenue comes from professional eye exams and high-margin eyewear sales, with eyewear projected to hit $480,000 in the first year. The model is built for a 2-year payback period.

Revenue and Profit Drivers

  • Professional medical eye exam fees
  • Boutique eyewear sales with 11.5% COGS
  • Corporate wellness contracts with local firms
[dynamic_pic12]

Who are the main local competitors, and what is this franchise unit's defensible edge?

Main competitors are mass-market optical chains and online retailers, but they lack our medical authority. Our edge is the 'medical-first' approach and exclusive independent brands that create a defensible moat.

Defensible Market Edge

  • Exclusive boutique eyewear brand partnerships
  • Clinical authority in digital eye fatigue
  • Prime corner-suite visibility in high-traffic areas
[dynamic_pic13]

How much funding is required, what will the funds be used for, and what milestones will that unlock for the franchise unit?

You will need capital for the $45,000 franchise fee and $150,000 in leasehold improvements. Reaching the breakeven point by April 2026 is the first major milestone for the unit.

Capital Use and Milestones

  • $45,000 initial franchise fee payment
  • $150,000 for high-end leasehold improvements
  • Targeting full payback within 24 months

delightful read
Format: Kindle
What a delightful read. The characters are awesome, the plot was so good, I loved it. I was intrigued and it kept me wanting more. Told in multiple pov, the book sucks you in and doesn’t let go. I cannot wait to read the next book.

not bad
Format: Kindle
I loved the plot of this book. The characters just didn’t have a lot of depth. The connections and “love” just weren’t communicated very well in the writing. The author didn’t write the sweet psycho trope very well at all either. Lachlan was just a mess of a character.

A Beta Worth Rooting For
Format: Kindle
In Spare, Violet Fox flips the omegaverse on its head, giving us a Beta heroine determined to make her mark. Joining the Beta Trials to support her sick father, she's thrown into a pack that doesn't want her, especially the possessive Alphas. But here's the twist: their sweet Omega turns out to be her scent match. Cue the angst, forbidden tension, and a slow-burn romance that will make your heart ache in the best way. Violet Fox delivers an emotional, refreshing take on the genre, proving Betas aren't "spares." They're stars.

Beta, Alpha, Omega oh my!
Format: Kindle
Omegas are precious and given to Alphas & their packs... but the Betas want in too. To this end, the Beta government is rolling out its trial of assigning a Beta to each Alpha-Omega pack. But forcing a Beta into a pack where they are not wanted will not end well... Of course, no one expected the Omega to fall for the assigned Beta. Great read and cliffhanger

A familiar story, just with…..less.
Format: Kindle
So, as other reviewers make clear, this is very similar to Pack Darling and The Beta. It’s much closer aligned with The Beta, in plot and maybe more like Pack Darling with characters. That being said, I don’t hate this…..but it wasn’t great either. It’s both books mentioned but just….less. Less angst, less emotion, less feeling. The plot feels very half fleshed out, and the “bad guy” feels underwhelming. I didn’t really feel any real emotions from and of the male leads, except maybe Oliver. The others fell sorta flat for me. And Mika makes herself out to be this big bad ass straight outta training and then we never see it from here again with the one fitting room incident as the exception. SPOILER: The whole, “Oh, I’m actually probably an Omega, but I don’t wanna be but I do actually wanna be but no one can ever know my secret that I do nothing to hide “ thing fell so flat. She never commutes to believing she was secretly an omega, but also mentions her “secret” a lot. It just felt so manufactured. I’m intrigued enough to read part 2 and see how the author closes everything out, but this is not one I’ll recommend or ever come back to.
