Lovely vintage Hermes cardigan from the 1980s. Featuring a silk scarf front with the beautiful 'Soiree de l'Opera' (or, Soiree de Gala when reissued in the 2000s) print by artist Jean-Louis Clerc in the burgundy color way, consisting of horses, cherubs, carriages, and a variety of people in fancy attire. Knit wool body, sleeves, and trimmings. Button up front closure. Ultra-suede bands at sides. Darts at bust. This piece looks great over a tee and jeans, or worn closed with a pencil skirt.

They also hand-wash well and can be reused multiple times, which makes them a nice choice even for at-home entertaining when you want something that looks special without the worry.
