The 509HD head offers a sliding 509PLONG quick release plate and a four-step counterbalance system for a quick setup. The head also features easily accessed adjustments, easy-link connectors, and is lightweight. Also, it has Manfrotto Bridging Technology with a ball bearing drag system for smooth, precise movements well suited to stills and video. An Advanced Balancing Recorder feature can save the balancing position of your camera to help expedite your next setup.
The 545GB aluminum legs feature a two-stage design along with a ground-level spreader for maximum stability and control. The system can be adjusted from 18.9 to 67.7" and has an illuminated leveling bubble for checking your alignment under any lighting condition. It also has a 100mm bowl head and comes with a padded bag to keep everything safe.
