Roll-A-Ramp 12" x 3' Twin Track Wheelchair & Scooter Ramp Pair A11202A19

Compact twin-track aluminum ramp pair designed for wheelchair, scooter, and cargo loading where a full-width ramp is unnecessary or impractical.

The Roll-A-Ramp 12" x 3' Twin Track Pair is a specialized access solution built for users who want the portability and flexibility of the Roll-A-Ramp system in a lighter, wheel-path format. Instead of one continuous ramp surface, this configuration uses two separate tracks that align with the wheels of a wheelchair or scooter. That approach reduces carry weight, simplifies storage, and makes the system easier to handle than many full-width ramps.

This listing is for the 3-foot pair, part number A11202A19. It is often used for low rises, vehicle loading points, curbs, and transitional access where a short, strong, and highly portable ramp is the right fit.

Call 866-218-0902 if you want help choosing between twin-track ramps and a full-width ramp system.

System Overview

This ramp is part of the larger Roll-A-Ramp modular family, but the 12" twin-track version serves a very specific purpose. It is designed for wheel-based access where the user does not need a full walking surface and where lighter handling is a priority.

  • Two individual 12" ramp tracks sold as a pair
  • 3' ramp length in this listing
  • Compact, portable format for lower rises and loading points
  • Expandable Roll-A-Ramp design for users who may need additional length in other configurations

This is not a substitute for every ramp application. It is best when used in the right environment by users who understand the benefits of a twin-track layout.

Why Choose a Twin-Track Ramp Instead of a Full-Width Ramp?

Twin-track ramps solve a different problem than standard solid or folding ramps. A full-width ramp gives you one continuous surface, which is often easier for walking support and more forgiving during setup. A twin-track system trades that broad platform for lighter handling and more flexibility.

  • Easier to carry than a comparable full-width ramp
  • Takes up less space in storage and transport
  • Aligns directly with wheelchair or scooter wheels
  • Works well where portability matters more than walkway-style access

That said, twin-track ramps require more careful alignment. They are best for users or caregivers who want a lighter system and are comfortable placing each track correctly.

Construction and Capacity

The strength of this system comes from the same engineering approach that makes Roll-A-Ramp popular across many access applications. The ramps are built from 6061 aircraft-quality anodized aluminum, giving them a strong balance of durability, corrosion resistance, and manageable weight.

  • Combined weight capacity: 2,000 lbs
  • Capacity per ramp: 1,000 lbs
  • Total width per track: 12"
  • Usable width per track: 11.25"
  • Material: 6061 aircraft-quality anodized aluminum

That capacity is one of the major advantages of this design. Even though the system is lighter and more compact than many full-width ramps, it is still built for serious mobility use.

Where This 3-Foot Pair Works Best

This particular 3' pair is best suited to lower-rise applications. It is not meant to solve every access problem, and it should not be stretched into uses where a longer ramp would be safer.

  • Loading at lower vehicle entry points
  • Curbs and small elevation changes
  • Short transitional rises
  • Situations where a compact portable ramp pair is preferred

If the rise is higher or the loading angle becomes steep, the better answer is usually a longer ramp configuration rather than forcing a short ramp to do too much.

Portability and Expandability

One of the strongest selling points of the Roll-A-Ramp system is that it is not locked into a single use. The design allows sections to be connected and reconfigured with the brand’s quick-connect system, which gives owners more flexibility over time than many fixed-length ramps.

  • Highly portable compared to full-width ramps
  • Easier to move and store due to separate track design
  • Can fit applications where a larger ramp is awkward to handle
  • Part of a broader modular ramp family with expandable options

For buyers who want a ramp system that can evolve with their needs, that flexibility matters.

Important Fit and Use Considerations

This is where twin-track ramps need honest explanation. They are not better for every buyer. They are better for specific buyers.

  • Tracks must be aligned correctly with the wheels of the mobility device
  • They are not ideal for users who need a continuous walking surface
  • They work best for wheel-based mobility access rather than foot traffic
  • Short ramps should only be used for lower rises to avoid unsafe incline

If you need caregiver walking access beside the chair, easier side approach, or a more forgiving setup, a full-width ramp is often the better choice.

How This 12" Pair Fits in the Roll-A-Ramp Line

Roll-A-Ramp offers multiple widths for different applications. The 12" version is the most specialized because it is sold as a pair and designed around wheel tracks rather than a continuous platform.

  • 12" pair: Twin-track setup for wheel-path access
  • 26" and wider systems: Better for full-width wheelchair ramp applications
  • Larger widths: Better for broader device clearance and walking support

So the question is not whether this is a good ramp. It is whether this is the right type of ramp for the way it will be used.

Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly is included in this listing?

This listing is for a pair of 12" wide, 3' long Roll-A-Ramp tracks. Together they create a twin-track ramp system designed for wheel-based loading and access. It is not a single full-width ramp.

What is the weight capacity?

The combined system supports up to 2,000 lbs, with each individual ramp rated for up to 1,000 lbs. That makes it suitable for many wheelchairs, scooters, and heavier mobility applications when used correctly.

What does “usable width” mean on this product?

Each ramp track has a total width of 12", but the usable width is 11.25". That measurement is important because the actual tires or wheels of the device need to fit comfortably within the track path.

Is this a good choice for walking up and down with assistance?

Usually no. Twin-track ramps are built primarily for wheel-based access. If a caregiver needs to walk beside the device or if the user wants a continuous ramp surface, a full-width ramp is typically the better choice.

Can this ramp be used for higher rises?

The 3' pair is best for low rises and short loading situations. As the rise increases, the angle becomes steeper, which reduces safety and usability. In those cases, a longer ramp length is the better solution.

Do support stands come with this 3' pair?

Support stands are generally required on longer lengths in this series, particularly at 10' and above. For this 3' pair, that is not the core use case. If you are planning a more advanced setup, it is worth confirming the exact configuration before ordering.

When should I choose a full-width ramp instead?

Choose a full-width ramp when you need easier setup, a continuous driving surface, walking access, or a more forgiving loading experience. Choose the twin-track pair when lighter handling, compact storage, and wheel-path loading are the priority.

Beta, Alpha, Omega oh my!
Format: Kindle
Omegas are precious and given to Alphas & their packs... but the Betas want in too. To this end, the Beta government is rolling out its trial of assigning a Beta to each Alpha-Omega pack. But forcing a Beta into a pack where they are not wanted will not end well... Of course, no one expected the Omega to fall for the assigned Beta. Great read and cliffhanger

A familiar story, just with…..less.
Format: Kindle
So, as other reviewers make clear, this is very similar to Pack Darling and The Beta. It’s much closer aligned with The Beta, in plot and maybe more like Pack Darling with characters. That being said, I don’t hate this…..but it wasn’t great either. It’s both books mentioned but just….less. Less angst, less emotion, less feeling. The plot feels very half fleshed out, and the “bad guy” feels underwhelming. I didn’t really feel any real emotions from and of the male leads, except maybe Oliver. The others fell sorta flat for me. And Mika makes herself out to be this big bad ass straight outta training and then we never see it from here again with the one fitting room incident as the exception. SPOILER: The whole, “Oh, I’m actually probably an Omega, but I don’t wanna be but I do actually wanna be but no one can ever know my secret that I do nothing to hide “ thing fell so flat. She never commutes to believing she was secretly an omega, but also mentions her “secret” a lot. It just felt so manufactured. I’m intrigued enough to read part 2 and see how the author closes everything out, but this is not one I’ll recommend or ever come back to.

Good start to a series
Format: Kindle
I delayed reading the series for reasons I don’t remember. But my TBR list is huge so I thought I’d take a shot of this and I was pleasantly surprised. I didn’t think the blurb about it was anything special. But it was a very good book. It took some interesting twists and turns. I am so glad the second book is already out. Because I would not have waited patiently. Very slow burn but good storyline. 🔥🔥/5

A good read
Format: Kindle
Multiple points of view. 3 Alpha men and an Omega male. She is a Beta in training for a new program placing betas in Alpha/Omega packs. Mila is only doing the program for the money to take care of her dad. She wasn't expecting to fall for a pack but when she sees this packs Omega she is done for. There is just something about him. His Alphas are good looking as well. Too bad she is hiding a secret and their government is acting shady. I liked it and can't wait to see where their story goes.
