The staves are 2.5cm thick and approximately 20cm long, and range from 3cm to 12cm wide - making them a great fit for offset smokers, the Gozney Dome or any larger wood fired oven, the Ozpig, any firepit used for cooking, or of course an open fire setup like a Somerset Grill or Fire Made.
Please note, staves come from retired whisky barrels and their previous life is obvious when you handle them! We use them exactly as they will arrive to you, but some people may prefer to clean them up further before use.
