The Easy Cleanse has three options: a one day cleanse, two day cleanse or three day cleanse!
The below order is recommended to use as a guide - typically with a tea in the morning, and any warmer soups & broths at night. Juices should be consumed when you are feeling hungry, not at particular times of the day. Let your body tell you when you need to re-charge. Sip slowly & enjoy the nutritional benefits.
Day 1
- Cleansing immune-boost tea
- Celery juice or green juice
- Chia pudding, berry compote
- Beetroot/apple slaw with apple cider vinegar, olive oil, and lemon juice
- Kitchari with spinach, moringa, and shiitake mushrooms, cashew cream

Day 2
- Cleansing hibiscus tea
- Green juice
- Smoothie with psyllium husk, spirulina, almond milk, kale, spinach, banana, chia
- Raw carrot slaw with apple, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, raw honey, and lemon

- Immune-boosting lemongrass tea
- Beetroot carrot ginger & apple juice

If this is your first cleanse or you would like to let us alter the cleanse to your needs, it is recommended to add on a nutritional consult. Please note that consults run over the weekend on Saturday and Sunday, and some weekday afternoons typically after 5:30pm.
