The VF-1S Super Battroid Valkyrie Roy Focker Special from "Macross" gets a new "PLAMAX" model kit from Max Factory, with the Super Pack included! The VF-1S Battroid Valkyrie was piloted by Hikaru Ichijo in the later stages of the TV anime, equipped with the Super Pack. Nicknamed the "Super Valkyrie," the VF-1S is equipped with propellant tanks and missile pod-equipped boosters. In Episode 27, "Love Flows," it transformed from Fighter mode to Battroid mode with these add-on packs still attached, making a huge impact on viewers! Its power proportions are achieved by eliminating the transformation mechanism and remaining in its Battroid form. It's molded in nine different colors, and after assembly, all you need to do is apply the waterslide decals for a realistic finish. Just as with any model kit, you can also paint the details if you like.
- The joints make use of polycaps for smooth posing.
- The arm micro-missile pods are newly sculpted based on the shape seen in the TV series.
- Six reaction missiles are included as underwing weapons.
- Waterslide decals are included to recreate its various markings.
- A Misa Hayase figure of the same scale is included.
