Released in 2002, the Sony MZ-N10 is one of the special 10th anniversary models. It is the successor to the MZ-N1. It has both playback and recording functionality. 
It has a built-in 3mm lithium-ion battery
USB and charging connections are only possible with the battery charging stand.
All of the menu items are displayed in English. For example, 'EDIT', 'DISPLAY', 'PLAY MODE', 'SOUND', and so on.
It was sold with the RM-MC35ELK inline remote control.
It weighs 84 grams without a battery or disc installed. 
It has a 3.5 mm headphone jack for audio output.
