Harmonic Arts Dual Extract Powders start their life in the forests of Siberia and the Greater Khingan mountain range, where they are sustainably hand harvested. Some of the mushrooms are also organically cultivated on natural substrates such as sawdust, gypsum and buried basswood logs. Once the mushrooms are harvested, they are then processed using a dual extraction method. The chaga and reishi are extracted using a hot water and alcohol solution, and the turkey tail, lion's mane and cordyceps are extracted using hot water. Once the medicinal compounds are extracted into the liquid, the menstrua are evaporated off, leaving behind a fine, water soluble powder that is highly concentrated and easy to use.

Recommended Use:

Source of fungal polysaccharides with immunomodulating properties.* Source of antioxidants that help protect cells against the oxidative damage caused by free radicals.*

Recommended Dose:

1/4 tsp 2-4 times daily. Can be added to hot water and drunk as a broth, or added to other beverages like coffee, tea, hot chocolate etc. May also be added to food, or smoothies, put into capsules, or used as directed by your practitioner.
