Pressed mould in white fire-clay, Rimini Blu series. The décor is engraved by hand with different motifs stamp under a bright blue crystalline. All Bitossi ceramics are entirely handmade by our artisans at every stage of the production process.

Aldo Londi’s ceramics, designed throughout his career, are the result of diligent study that addresses constant experimentation with various materials, colors, and techniques. Londi channels creative impulses into meticulous stylistic and production research, as exemplified in the timeless Rimini Blu series, produced continuously since 1959. Since then, the surface texture, depicted by different motifs engraved by stencil, has consistently maintained the same graphic characteristics.

An ornament consisting of compact, intricate patterns creates a border. An assortment of non -concrete shapes rapidly follow one another, accented by swift brush strokes of tint that the artist applies beneath the blue. Following the firing process, the decoration creates a magical play of light that reflects in the sea. It’s not a coincidence that the series is named “Rimini Blu,” in reference to the celebrated resort on the Riviera Romagnola that enjoyed immense popularity in the 1950s.

Attractive.. Works Well.. Good Quality
I must like this Item, I have now bought 4 of them, One for myself & 3 as a Gift. I actually Returned the 1st One because I thought 🤔 it wasn't charging properly. Received a Replacement. The initial 12 hr charge period doesn't fully charge unit, it eventually fully Charges. I like this product alot, small Foot Print, attractive and good Quality... Works efficiently and I like the extras, Stoppers, Pump and Aerator. Now how long the Battery lasts to be determined...

Wish I had bought long ago
Was surprised how easy it was to use. Doesn't take up a lot of space. Foil cutter, & opener itself was a breeze-especially for a first-time user. Wish I had bought this long ago. I'll keep the handheld opener as an emergency back up, but this device is the way to go. Great idea for gift giving

Great crowd pleaser
This product does what it is intended to do. The only reason it does not get 5 stars is because when the opener is near the end of opening a bottle, it seems that the battery is dieing out but it has never failed to open a bottle. The aerator is wonderful and very impactful to the flavor of your wine. The charger/stand is nice and looks good on the counter. Love the built in charger feature.

Replacement for the older model - so far, so good
I had the previous version of this and the battery wore out after a couple of years. This one seems to be working very well so far. It's simple to use. Cut the wine bottle foil with the included cutter and just push the opener down on the top of the bottle. The screw automatically inserts in the cork, pulling it form the bottle, and then reverses itself to eject the cork. Unlike the old version, there's no button to press, it's all automatic. Flip the opener over and use the included airtight tops when you want to recork the bottle: it will vacuum out all the air in the bottle to prevent spoilage. Makes a great gift for a "wine enthusiast".
