Suggested Use
Adults – Take 1 capsule, 1 to 3 times daily, or as directed by your health care practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.

Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if symptoms of digestive upset (e.g., diarrhea) occur, worsen, or persist beyond 3 days.
