XM Studios is excited to present the next statue from our Transformers: Mythical Beasts Series, Optimus Prime - Azure Dragon! Inspired by the G1 design and reimagined with highly meticulous mechanical detailing, this unique concept merges the Autobot leader with the mysticism and grandeur of Chinese cultural elements. In a new age where myth meets machine, the legends of the Mythical Beasts are reborn through Cybertron’s greatest warriors.

The design emphasizes the integration of Eastern aesthetics, embodied by the Azure Dragon’s power. Optimus Prime ascends beyond mere form and warrior, clad in the legacy of the Tang dynasty. His helmet and chest gleam with finely etched dragon motifs, while his antennae rise into phoenix-winged crests, echoing the elegance of Tang-era warrior helms. The armor on his shoulders, torso, and legs is sculpted in the layered mountain-pattern design, with dragon-head shoulder guards and dragon-shaped greaves enhancing his commanding presence.

Optimus Prime’s weapons are also reimagined. His iconic Energon-axe becomes a mechanical jieyue (节钺), a halberd-axe symbolizing power and military achievement. His Sword of Judgment change into Tang-style ceremonial swords. Additional jet thrusters decorated with ornate Tang scrollwork complete the design, bringing ancient artistry together with futuristic machinery. The base design depicts a meteor’s impact, radiating with the primordial might of the Azure Dragon.

Surrounded by the Azure Dragon，armed with the jieyue (节钺) and Tang swords, Optimus Prime embodies both the fearless courage of a warrior and the noble dignity of a leader!
